Crashing. Help,

Previously had it at 5 stars. Dropping to 3 because it crashes every time I try to start a new project. Works fine on my iphone5. Crashes on my ipad 2. App Support link is a dead end. Im hoping this review will catch somebodys attention. Fix the problem and 5 stars are assured.
